becoming a worshiper

I was listening to a Quest podcast with Eugene Cho and Shane Claiborne today while I was driving back to my house from Salisbury, MD, and I heard a great quote:

"Our response to revelation is what makes us worshipers." - Eugene Cho

He went on to explain that if all we do is received information about God, but we do not respond to that revelation in the way we live, then we are simply amassing religious information.  But when we take to heart what we hear and respond to it with our lives, in that moment, we become worshipers.

Maybe this is what James meant when he said that we should not only be hearers of the Word, but doers also.  Respond to who God is today in the way you live your life.  Become a worshiper!
